SAMUEL ONUIGBO is a member of the Federal House of Representatives of Nigeria, representing Ikwuano/Umuahaia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency. He hails from Umuahia, in Abia State of Nigeria. Samuel was born
in the year 1960.
He attended Orbod Secondary Commercial School where he sat for the General Certificate Examination (GCE) in the year 1979. He Proceeded to Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, where he obtained National Certificate Of Education in 1983. In the year 2000, Samuel Onuigbo obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Enugu State University.
Onuigbo's legislative interest border on education, creation of employment for the youths, prudent management of human and material resources. His target achievements includes to enact laws that have potential to
create employment for the youths of Nigeria who constitute over 70% of the Nigerian population.
Samuel is a holder of the following awards: Board of directors, Abia glass industries ltd aba; Meritorious award from the United States department of state; Meritorious award from Ikwauno development union, lagos branch; Two chieftain awards.
